I started my shop after several years of performing burlesque and belly dance. I have watched tons of performances and I realized that jewelry can make or break a costume. The rhinestone necklace on a burlesque dancer catches your eye and sparkles under the spotlight, adding to her "voila"; the bangles on a belly dancers wrist accompany her in the dance.....you get the idea.

After taking a metalwork class in 2011, I was hooked on craftsmanship. I started to seek out great pieces of jewelry as well as trying out new ideas at my own kitchen table. I was finding such great things near my home in Portsmouth, NH and along the Seacoast that I had to find an outlet.

These beautiful vintage pieces were in basements and attics, jumbled up in boxes. I felt an emotional attachment to them like kids and their toys. I decided to open up a shop dedicated to "recycling" these old beauties and using the sales of these items to create my own designs.

I just feel better when I have a great piece of jewelry on. It completes the outfit, makes me feel glamorous and they are great conversation starters. I hope you feel the same way!
